Potato chips are convenient and tasty, I agree, but they are not healthy. Potato chips are high in calories and contain high levels of trans fats and sodium. Since most of us have cravings for potato chips every now and then, it’d be great to know some healthier alternatives to them. When it comes to healthy eating, it’s important to know how to curb your cravings with healthy alternatives. Brinjal is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, and is a great source of dietary fiber. A cup of cooked Brinjal contains about 2-5% of recommended amounts of vitamins B1, B6 and C.
