Mix 1 tsp of turmeric powder with 3 tsp of fresh lemon juice and apply this mixture on your face. leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Be careful while applying this mixture because turmeric can leave stain on your clothes which might be difficult to get rid off it.
2. Almond oil:
Take few drops of almond oil, few Neem leaves, few Tulsi leaves and pinch of saffron(optional). Crush the neem leaves and basil leaves into paste and mix it with almond oil. Then, heat the oil so that the becomes warm( not hot). Add little saffron and then massage this oil on your face and you can use it all over your body. Leave this on your skin for about half an hour and take bath. Doing this weekly once improves your skin tone and gives the glow to your skin.
Take plain yogurt 2tsp and honey 1 tsp and mix these ingredients well. Apply this on your face and leave it for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with water. Use can do this daily by adding tomato juice with this mixture to remove tan. This remedy will not only remove tan but also gives you glowing skin.
Take few pieces of papaya and mash it. Add 1 tbsp of honey with 2 tbsp of mashed papaya. Apply this pack on your face and neck. Leave it for about 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Papaya has skin lightening properties and hence it will make your skin lighter and brighter.
5. Fruit Remedy:
Fruits like avocado, cucumber, mango, etc are skin friendly which makes your skin fairer.
Using these fruits in your day to day routine as a face pack or you can have them as well which will definitely improve your skin tone. For example, take avocado pulp 1 tbsp, papaya pulp 1tbsp, cucumber 1 tbsp and fresh cream 2 tbsp. If you have oily skin use fuller’s earth instead of fresh cream. Mix all these ingredients well and apply this on your face and neck. Leave it for at least 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
Following these tips will certainly give your skin a glow but for maintain it you need to exercise daily and also follow a healthy diet. Doing exercises like walking, cycling, swimming and aerobics will increase the oxygen supply to your heart and thus your blood will get good amount of oxygen. This will also help to remove toxins form your body and indeed nourish your skin.
