How to Fight Headache?

Got a headache? You’re not alone. Headache is the most common symptom that patients complain of during doctor visits. There are many different things that can cause headaches. Not only this caffeine is also taken as add on with several pain killers and reason is caffeine generally facilitate the working of such drugs. But you should know another thing and that is quite essential if you are planning to treat headache via caffeine. If you will take caffeine more than the normal dose then this may leads to rebound headache.

Exercise

If your head hurts, exercise may be the last thing you want to do. But for some people, particularly those who may have tension headaches, exercise can really help their symptoms.Regular exercise can also help prevent headaches from occurring, so try to build in at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise four times a week.

Massage

Easy method to get rid of head ache is to massage with oils or other lubricants for more effective results. Usually head and neck results the changes after 10 to 20 minutes. Massage can improve blood circulation and relieving tension.

Almonds

Almondscontain pain-relieving chemicals that may reduce your headache symptoms in as little as 10-15 minutes. A handful of almonds are always a handy natural substitute for any over the counter quickie.
