Regular exercise makes our body strong. Just being active, like when you run around outside or play ball at school, is a kind of exercise.Other forms of exercise include sports, dancing, jogging and even bending down to touch your toes.Here are some exercise and activities to build strong muscles:
Do you know that your heart works hard every day of your life? It pumps blood to the different parts of your body. You can help your heart become stronger by doing exercises like swimming, playing basketball, cycling or walking briskly
Sleep refreshes our mind. It helps to remember things and stay alert. It helps to relax our body and to be healthy and fit. Lack of sleep adversely affects metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones and even the immune system and cardiovascular health. Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate itself in a way it simply cannot when a person is awake.
Stress can cause heart trouble and some digestive problems. This should not come as a surprise. What many people do not know is what to do about it, how to manage their stress. Exercise, meditation, doing what you love, appropriate boundaries, spirituality, being in nature, and enjoyable hobbies all help alleviate the harmful effects of stress on the body
