How to Use Protein Powder in Recipes

Many of us have heard that protein powder is used in milk shakes. But fact is that we can use protein powder in our day to day recipes also. Here are some easy recipes where you can use protein powder.

1. Yogurt:

Stir 1-2 scoops protein powder into your favorite yogurt! Top with your favorite extras: nuts, fruit, chocolate chips–anything!

2. Oatmeal:

Cook oatmeal in milk or water and allow it to cool. Mix protein powder along with chocolate powder or cinnamon powder and enjoy the delight.

3. Pancakes:

Beat one whole egg and two egg whites together. Mix one scoop of protein powder to it and stir the mixture until it turns into a pancake batter-like consistency. Make a pancake out of this mixture and top it with peanut butter and bananas.

4. Peanut Butter Balls:

Take some chocolate powder and unflavored protein and mix it with natural peanut butter. Make this mixture into small balls and store it in the fridge. You can use it as a quick snack after a day.

5. Grape protein smoothie:

Take a handful of grapes. Add a tablespoon of protein powder, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon of powdered flax seeds, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup milk and some ice cubes. Blend it to make it a smoothie. Drink it and you’ll have plenty of energy to take on the day!
